Located in the heart of Fort Lauderdale on Ocean Blvd, Greek Islands Taverna is a Mediterranean gem owned and operated by the Kantzavelos Family. Since 1999 this family has been serving traditional Greek cuisine, lamb chops, lamb shank, and moussaka. Each dish is made with fresh local ingredients so you get the real taste of Greece.

The exterior with its snow-white facade and blue sign is like the Greek Islands. Inside the warm and cozy atmosphere continues with a blue and white theme that will transport you to the Mediterranean. Greek Islands Taverna has been recognized regionally for its great food and is a favorite for those looking for a real Greek experience in Fort Lauderdale.

Greek Islands Taverna menu is a celebration of traditional Greek cuisine with a variety of appetizers, entrees, and desserts. Our signature dishes are the char-broiled lamb chops with patates Ladoregano and vegetables and our famous baklava cheesecake.
